The program has been a part of this community for over 30 years. Throughout our program history, the Kenner Angels have won 10 Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) National Championships. The program is proud to have over one hundred alumni who have played basketball collegiately or professionally. The program is also proud to have over fifteen alumni come back to coach within the program.
The Kenner Angels’ mission is to develop player’s individual skills and
character, while providing a positive team environment in which our young female athletes
learn sportsmanship, confidence, responsibility, and accountability. Our goal is to inspire
young women to set lofty goals and work hard to achieve them while serving as an imperative
platform for each female athlete to be recognized by college coaches across the nation.
